Stuffing Mix
Eli's stuffing is made from nice big cubes of his sourdough bread. Combined with whatever ingredients and seasonings you fancy, it gives texture, taste, and character to any favorite stuffing recipe. The mix comes with instructions for dressing the Thanksgiving bird but can certainly be used all year round for roast chicken, stuffed pork loin, or even bread salad.
