Pound Cake Loaves
For classic pound cakes done Eli's way--dense, rich, and completely old-fashioned — try one of our four variations on the theme. Iced Orange has candied orange peel and a sugar glaze. Apple Crumb has butter-cooked fresh apples and a crunchy streusel topping. The Marble Cake Loaf, a version with a fan club all its own, is a plain pound cake with chocolate folded in. And fresh-tasting Lemon Poppy is full of lemon zest and juice and, of course, poppy seeds. Each loaf comes tied with our signature ribbon.
